I have been in the finance industry for over 15 years including Retail Banking / Corporate Banking & Funds Management.
It’s all about investor protection – this is where our experience matters. Private mortgages can be an excellent investment however they can also be fraught with danger for the inexperienced or if diligent lending protocol is not applied.
During my private mortgage journey most of the lessons I have learnt have been from experience; knowing how to assess risk is critical to a successful investment.
